Your Own Equipment, Ready for Each Class

Participants have access to a range of equipment, including Pro 32 adjustable dumbbells (adjustable in 4-pound increments), Pro 50 adjustable dumbbells (adjustable in 5-pound increments), adjustable kettlebells, medicine balls, a bench with upper and lower body attachments, an ab roller, and more — all by Minnesota-based PowerBlock Dumbbells

    TOTAL BODY

    Get a full body workout in, with a focus on your strength and endurance. You'll be put through a blend of strength and cardio exercises, as well as stretches that work on your flexibility and mobility.
