GENERAL FAQ

WHAT DO I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS?

We recommend wearing clothing you're comfortable sweating in. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR MY THINGS?

Yes! We have storage on site that are large enough even for
jackets in the winter.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Prices vary, but can be found on the "REGISTER" page.

ARE THERE BATHROOMS?

Yes! We have bathrooms and a drinking fountain available.
However, there are not showers.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Besides street parking, there is an adjacent paid parking
lot across the street. See map below*

IS THE BUILDING HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the main entrance has a ramp and railings!

HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING INFORMATION?

You must be logged in to the PushPress Members mobile app. To update your credit card information, first tap on the gear, then tap on the edit icon.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

To cancel via email, please send your request to pbfs@powerblock.com. Be sure to include your full name, membership/pass type, and the reason for cancellation (if applicable).

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A CLASS?

 No refunds are available for classes.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you cancel before the deadline in the month your plan will be refunded at a prorated rate based on how many days are left in the billing month.

CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

No, memberships can only be started and canceled.

HOW MUCH TIME BEFORE A CLASS CAN I CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY?

1 hour

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T SHOW UP TO A CLASS AT ALL AND DON’T CANCEL MY CLASS RESERVATION?

  • If you are a member you will be charged a no show charge of $15, and a late cancellation charge of $10
  • If you are using a class pass you will be charged a no show charge of $15 and lose one class from your plan.

DO I NEED TO CHECK IN EVEN IF I’M A MEMBER?

Yes, you still need to check in.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A CLASS?

Classes can be booked 14 days in advance.

CAN I SIGN UP RIGHT AT THE START OF THE CLASS?

Yes, but you must be registered for a trial or have a drop in

DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP?

No, we offer drop-in options as well as 7-class passes.

DO CLASS PASSES EXPIRE?

Yes, 3 months after they are purchased.

DO DROP-IN PASSES EXPIRE?

Yes, 30 days after they are purchased.
